The fabric of this knitted baseball cap is knitted at a knitted cap factory and then cut and sewn into a cap at a cloth hat factory. Each item is made of blended yarn twisted with organic cotton and recycled polyester fibers by special method to provide the comfort of cotton as well as the quick-drying and durability of polyester for an extra dry feel. Despite the casual design, the moderate sheen of polyester and fine knitted stitches of the fabric add elegance to the cap.
