Overview
Upon enrollment in the Program you become a "Member" and will earn points and rewards on qualifying purchases at Pereffs brick and mortar or online store.  The Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply if you become a Member.

The following Terms are specific to the Program and along with the Hardcore Co Ltd Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, together govern participation in the Program and Hardcore Co Ltd’s use of personal information provided under the Program (collectively, these Terms, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy constitute the "Agreement"). Your consent to the Program is subject to these Terms, including the alternative dispute resolution provision found below with its arbitration agreement and jury trial and class action waivers. In the event and to the extent of any conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, these Terms will govern. Anyone not agreeing with these Terms should not participate in the Program.

 

Who is eligible? How to enroll?

• Program enrollment is open to anyone, age 18 and older. It is free and optional to become a member by providing the required information at the Pereffs brick and mortar or online store.

• You can register an account in order to become a Pereffs Loyalty Program member via www.pereffs.com as well. If your registration is successful, you will receive an Email confirmation become a member.

• Limit 1 program membership per person, email address and phone number. If there is a dispute regarding ownership of the email address or phone number used to enroll in the Program, the owner will be deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address or phone number by a phone company, an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning phone numbers or email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Member is responsible for providing correct email address and phone number, as well as updating email address and phone number used in the program should either change.

 

Earning Points

• Points are earned at the time of a qualifying purchase at the Pereffs store when you provide your phone number or email address associated with your membership and for online orders when you sign into your online account using the email address tied to your membership.

• Only 1 membership per transaction can be used to earn points.

• You earn 1 point for every net dollar spent (rounded to the nearest whole dollar) on all qualifying purchases for personal use including for gift giving, but you will not earn points on amounts for sales tax, shipping & handling or delivery charges. 

• Points will be credited to your account after the order has been fulfilled.

 

Redeem the Reward Points

You can redeem Reward Points as a purchase discount upon checkout during your next purchase at both Pereffs brick and mortar or online store.

• No multiple promotions are applicable for the same product.

• Every increment of 100 active points earned will be deducted from the Reward Points balance and be converted into a HK$1 purchase discount with order over HK$300.  For example:

100 Points = HK$1 discount;
1000 Points = HK$10 discount;
10000 Points = HK$100 discount;
Etc.

• Customer can redeem the Reward Points after point delivery to the account.

Valid period for membership and Reward Points

• Membership is permanently valid during your lifetime unless member requests for withdrawal and submits application for withdrawal or upon occurrence of other events where the membership should be terminated according to these rules.

• The Reward points are valid for 12 months after the order is fulfilled. Earned points can only be accumulated and redeemed within the valid period. 

• Members have the responsibility to monitor their membership and points expiry. All points will become invalid after the expiry date. 

• You must make at least 1 qualifying purchase every 12 months to prevent earned points from expiring. If there is no purchase activity in your membership account at least once every 12 months, we may close your membership account.

Are the Reward Points transferrable/exchangeable for cash?

Reward Points are not exchangeable/redeemable for cash and are non-transferrable. Points cannot be co-used or shared within accounts of the same member.

Under what circumstance will my loyalty points be deducted? Why does my loyalty points become negative?

When you exchange products, points previously credited for those products at the time of purchase will be deducted from the point balance at the time of exchange. If your point balance is insufficient to cover a deduction related to a return, your point balance may go into the negative. Subsequent points earned will first be applied to reduce that negative balance. Pereffs may suspend Membership accounts with a negative balance. If your account is suspended, you may seek re-instatement from Customer Service.

General Terms of Program

​The Program sends transactional emails related to Membership including but not limited to the following: welcome email; recurring Membership status statements and/or updates; issuance of Reward Certificates earned; reminder of upcoming expiration of earned Reward Certificates; etc. To not receive these transactional emails, you must cancel your Membership. These transactional emails will be in addition to any brand marketing emails you may have subscribed to receive.

By enrolling in the Program, you will also be signed up to receive marketing emails from the brand in which you initiated enrollment into the Program. To stop receiving marketing emails, click on the self-service unsubscribe link found in the footer of any marketing email, or follow the instructions in the Privacy Policy.

Hardcore Co Ltd reserves in its sole discretion the right to remove earned points from any Membership, as well as prevent from enrolling in, suspend, and/or remove from the Program, any member for any reason, or in the event of any suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse in connection with this Program.

Hardcore Co Ltd reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its associated Terms (including terms regarding earning points and/or Rewards) at any time and in any manner with or without notice. Any subsequent Terms supersede prior versions. Any unused points or unredeemed Rewards are forfeited if Membership is cancelled, terminated or otherwise closed, or upon Program termination.

 

Hardcore Co Ltd shall use its best efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the Loyalty Program. However, Hardcore Co Ltd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences of any failures or shortcomings in the Loyalty Program.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These rules and the transactions relating to these rules are governed by the Hong Kong law and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

Any dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with these rules shall be settled by amicable and faithful negotiation between you and Hardcore Co Ltd to the extent possible. In the absence of gross negligence, Hardcore Co Ltd reserves the final right of decision on such dispute or controversy. If the negotiation fails, such disputes or controversy shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of a court with competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.

If any provision of these Rules or any part in any provision of these Rules is determined as illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision or such part will be deemed to be severed from the other provisions or other parts in the relevant provision, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Rules or the remaining part of the relevant provisions shall not be affected.

Hardcore Co Ltd reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate this program and/or any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of Hardcore Co Ltd shall be final.
